An AI-enabled career guidance platform built for the Philippines. My Career Advisor connects Philippine degrees, TVET qualifications and certificates to real job roles, using the Philippine Standard Occupational Classification, so senior high school students and job seekers can see where each pathway leads before they choose it.
Research Preparing Filipinos for the Jobs of Tomorrow
Most of our work in the Philippines focuses on the school-to-work transition: helping students and job seekers build the skills employers need, choose the right pathway, and get hired. We conduct on-ground research partnering with industry groups, as well as placement outcome research.

Wadhwani Ignite
Entrepreneurship education delivered through partner universities and colleges. UDF trains and certifies faculty as entrepreneurship coaches, who then guide students and first-time founders from idea to venture.
Faculty Training for Program Delivery
A network of universities, colleges and TVET institutions that embed Wadhwani employability and entrepreneurship programs into their curriculum. We train and support faculty, provide AI-enabled learning, and work with each partner on placement and impact outcomes.
