Upskill Development Foundation Inc. (UDF) is an independent, non-profit organization operating in the Philippines.

UDF is responsible for its governance, partnerships, financial management, operations, program implementation, compliance and outcomes in the Philippines.

UDF receives philanthropic funding and support from Wadhwani Operating Foundation (WOF) for agreed programs and initiatives. WOF is part of the Wadhwani Foundation philanthropic network and supports high-impact programs delivered through independent local organizations.

Through this model, UDF contributes to the Wadhwani Foundation’s shared mission, Creating Jobs. Changing Lives., while maintaining its independent legal identity, governance and operational responsibility.
