Scaling What Works
Starting in 2027, UDF will support a small number of Philippine organizations that already help learners get into paid work, so they can reach more people with better job outcomes.
Who we look for
- Skilling for jobs is your core work: training that leads to paid employment.
- You already work at meaningful scale, or have a clear path to it.
- You face a clear placement or capacity barrier we can help with.
- You have strong employer links and a plan to sustain the work.
- You are open to sharing data and working together on results.
What support can include
- Grant funding to scale proven programs
- Wadhwani employability programs and AI tools, including My Career Advisor
- Faculty and trainer development
- Hands-on implementation support
- Shared research and data on outcomes

Other ways to partner
Schools and training institutions can join our partner network. Employers and chambers can co-design curriculum and hire our learners. Government agencies can work with us on research and national programs.
